Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a 3-month contractual HR assistant to support the performance appraisal cycle, compensation and benefits activities, budgeting exercises, and HR data reporting. You will perform Excel-based data analysis and support HR projects, under the guidance of the HR Manager, in Novena, Singapore.

The role requires a degree in HR or related discipline, with no experience needed and internship exposure considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Relevant HR internship exposure is an advantage.
• Able to commit to the 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the performance appraisal cycle
• Assist with compensation and benefits-related activities
• Support annual budgeting exercises
• Prepare and maintain HR data and reports
• Perform Excel-based data analysis and calculations
• Support the Manager on HR projects and activities
• Handle other ad hoc HR duties as assigned
