Job description

Nearest MRT: Jurong East

Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $2600 - $3300

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6-Months contract

To ensure data integrity and system effectiveness, we are looking at data cleaning and reconciliation for various data items in Workday.

We are seeking 1 temporary staff for the following scope:

• Execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities for Workday, focusing on employee records across multiple data fields including:
• Educational qualifications
• Professional certifications
• Learning and development records
• Other relevant data fields

Conduct thorough verification of employee information through:

• Direct engagement with staff to validate data accuracy
• Cross-referencing existing records against source documents
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
• Any other duties allocated from time to time
