Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a contract Data Analyst to support data clean-up and analysis for Total Rewards and Benefits. Responsibilities include consolidating data across business units and validating benefits information. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ experience in HR data analysis and strong Excel skills. This is a 4-month contract position with working hours from Monday to Friday.

Job description

Location: Bugis

Duration: 4 months contract (Until end Dec 2025 - extendable)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:

• To support data clean up and data analysis for Total Rewards and Benefits related work e.g. consolidating rewards data across the Business units (data transfer work into existing templates) and validating benefits information across BUs.
• This person will also spend 50% support data work for People Excellence team i.e. HR operations front.
• The scope is likely to be expanded to project work so eagerness to learn is important.

Job Requirements:

• Require strong Excel skills, meticulous individual.
• 1-2 years’ experience in HR data analysis or related work.
