Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from Lakeside MRT)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.45am–5.15pm

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

Key Responsibilities
HR Support
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and update HR documents
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Administrative Support
  • Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, and office supplies management
  • Manage incoming calls, mails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and office maintenance matters
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior HR or admin experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools
  • Good communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
