Job summary

A local HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including payroll processing, work pass applications, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have at least GCE 'O' or 'A' level qualification, be computer literate in MS Office, and a team player. Consideration will be given to candidates with no prior experience, as training will be provided. Office location is near Kallang MRT.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred, but applicants with no experience will be considered.
  • Proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks.
  • Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Assist in payroll process - calculating OT, leave application, medical claims.
  • Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/cancellation.
  • Manage training records and apply for training grants.
  • Support recruitment process with job postings and interview arrangements.
  • Maintain and update HR database and records.

  • Training course registration, training grants application and manage training records.
  • Support recruitment process with job postings and interview arrangement.
  • Maintain and update HR database and records.
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning of relevant documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
  • Must be a team player.
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" level / "A" level or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position but consideration will also be given to applicants with no working experience and training will be provided.
