Job summary

A well-established HR firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment and employee management processes. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role offers a competitive salary range of approximately $3,000 to $3,500 with variable bonuses.

  • Well Established Company
  • $3,000 -$3,500 basic + Variable Bonus
  • Working location: Tampines North
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage office supplies and provide general administrative support where necessary.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Maintain records of company assets, contracts, and insurance.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
