Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to support the Managing Director and Singapore office in the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions. This role covers a broad range of HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and office administration. The ideal candidate should be hands‑on, organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to managing director
- Take meeting minutes during management or HR‑related discussions and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
- Handle full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Manage monthly payroll for Singapore employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS database.
- Administer compensation and benefits, leave management, and annual performance appraisals.
- Prepare HR reports and support budgeting, headcount planning, and manpower analysis.
- Draft HR policies and procedures aligned with company guidelines and local regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and external vendors (e.g., insurance providers, training consultants, and payroll system vendors).
- Oversee general office administration including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate staff events, company functions, and welfare activities.
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other logistics when required.
- Support the Managing Director in administrative matters and any ad‑hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in a medium‑sized organisation.
- Hands‑on experience with payroll processing and HR software systems.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
