Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and staff orientation.
  • Update HR databases & P-files.
  • Play the role of labor officer to liaise with Projects and office employees.
  • Handle insurances and work injury claim matters.
  • Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date.
  • Employee welfare (workers medical check-up, leave management and workers air tickets).
  • Organising company's events and or team building activities (CNY Dinner, company's trip).
  • Assist in ISO audit.
  • Processing payroll for foreign workers ontime, computation of salaries, payslip and maintain the records.
  • Manage work pass matter (Applications, cancellations, renewals and appeals for the WP and SPass)
  • Arrange training courses for the staffs and workers.
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalents
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Film
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good organization skills, time management, resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently
