HR Cum Admin Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Cum Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. Main responsibilities include:
- Recruitment (Actively create job postings, refresh expired postings, scheduling interviews, make job offers, and issue employment letters).
- Upkeep of office facilities, utilities, furniture & fittings, office supplies, uniforms & safety apparels, scheduling maintenance services
- Office Reception & Hospitality, Courier/mail services.
- Administer corporate mobile plans and scheduling network printer servicing.
- May participate as a member of the ISO Safety Committee in the role of Safety Officer; assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety protocols.
- Other HR and Admin functions and tasks may be assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration, recruitment, travel coordination, or facilities management.
- Certificate in Human Resource or Office Admin Operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Open to part-time work while studying.
