A leading HR and Accounting service provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage HR duties, including payroll and work pass applications. The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of experience and proficient PC skills. The role requires meticulous and independent workers, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages. This position involves working on alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR duties including payroll handling.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Register workers for necessary training courses.

Job Responsibilities

Manage full spectrum of HR duties such as:

  • Uphold Company policies
  • Handle Production / Site Staff Payroll
  • Application / Renewal of Work Pass (WP, S-Pass & E-Pass)
  • Register for necessary training courses for the workers
Accounting Scope
  • Assist on AP/AR
  • Any other accounting duties assigned by Asst Finance Manager
Job Requirements
  • Min. 2 year of relevant experience preferred

  • Bilingual
  • Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2 day)
