Whether it’s shaping fairer policies, growing talent pipelines, or creating a culture of trust, your work directly improves lives at work — and drives lasting organisational change. You’ll be part of a close‑knit, purpose‑driven team that believes every business, no matter how small, deserves great people practices.

Real Voices from Our Team

“I get to work with a variety of clients and stakeholders from different sectors and agencies helping to add value to the overall talent management and job redesign processes, skills and framework. This is a meaningful journey for value creation.”

— Tan Sock Cheng, Senior HR Consultant

“Clients trust us because we make things simple and workable. We’re not just giving advice — we’re helping companies take real steps forward to achieve their mission and goals”

— Jonathan Chang, Senior HR Consultant

What a Typical Week Looks Like :

Monday : Kick off a new client project — diagnose their current HR practices and align on key priorities

Tuesday : Draft a tailored performance appraisal framework for a growing F&B business

Wednesday : Facilitate a Zoom implementation briefing session with a new HR executive in a retail business

Thursday : Write and refine HR policies (e.g., succession planning, rewards framework)

Friday : Internal team sharing — review learning points from recent projects and new HR legislation updates

  • Conduct client workshops, status reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Stay updated with HR legislation and trends relevant to businesses
  • Maintain high standards of client service and project management

Structured mentorship and hands‑on coaching from experienced senior consultants — because great consultants are built, not born.

  • Engage Directly with Clients in Real Projects, Fast

Involve directly with own client engagements in under 12 months. We trust our people and give them room to rise.

  • Get Paid to Learn

Enjoy complimentary access to EON’s in‑house learning resources and WSQ courses — your development is part of our culture.

  • Make Decisions That Matter

You won’t just follow instructions — you’ll be trusted to own tasks, suggest improvements, and make things better. At EON, we believe even early‑career team members deserve the space to think, contribute, and grow with confidence. Your voice counts, and your ideas shape how we work.

  • A Team That Has Your Back

Work with approachable leaders and teammates who treat each other with respect, humour, and a shared mission to deliver great learning experiences.

  • Thrive in a consultative, fast‑paced environment with real client impact
  • Value learning, autonomy, and hands‑on problem‑solving
  • Are confident speaking with clients and guiding them at all levels

  • Familiar with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
