Responsibilities
  • Client Support & Guidance: Assist in addressing client inquiries and provide HR support with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs while learning to deliver practical, tailored solutions.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for clients onto our HR systems and services.
  • Compliance Awareness: Learn about HR laws and regulations to eventually provide accurate advice and ensure clients remain compliant.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services while gaining exposure to various HR functions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist in preparing reports and analyses to help clients improve their HR operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally in HR.
