Job summary

A leading compliance firm in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and global office operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in HR challenges in China and Taiwan. Duties include coordinating recruitment activities, supporting onboarding, and providing administrative support for smooth operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office365.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in handling HR challenges in China and Taiwan.
  • Willing to travel extensively on short notice.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
