• Develop and maintain compensation-related policies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the organisation’s funding schemes and salary review cycle.
• Analyse HR data to inform strategic HR planning.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR operations.
• Lead HR digitalisation efforts to improve efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end HR projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments to support HR initiatives.
