Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an operational support specialist to provide onboarding and cessation assistance. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $3700

Job Responsibilities
Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate documentation and submission for new representatives (contracts, licensing, compliance checks, etc.).
  • Facilitate induction schedules, system access setup, and training registration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for onboarding queries.
Cessation Support
  • Assist in processing representative resignations/cessations in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and verify cessation documentation.
  • Coordinate clearance of company property, accounts, and system access.
  • Administrative & Process Management
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
    • Liaise with internal departments (onboarding Team, AFO) to ensure smooth processes.
    • Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure closure within timelines.
    • Prepare status reports and updates for management review.
