Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
  • Source candidates by creating job advertisements

  • Interview and screen job applicants

  • Assist in the coordination and management of recruitment projects, including verifying of candidate submitted documents, and maintaining accurate records. (Recruitment or sales involved)

  • Support the team with onboarding procedures for placed candidates.

  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information.

General Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
