Main Responsibilities

  • Be a central point of contact for the business operations manager and employees, delivering customized and forward looking solutions, programs and policies to tackle issues faced by the Company.
  • Be a guidance on the application of HR policies, procedures and standards.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction survey and exit interview to improve existing welfare.
  • Be an effective Employee Champion; leading and sustaining Employee Engagement activities that enhance the employee experience in Paradise.

Requirements

  • Prior F&B experience will be prioritized.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Assertive and confident in your delivery and execution of radical HR solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, committed and to able to work weekend rotation*.
  • Have practical management of people issues, especially for rank-and-file level.
  • Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines – talent acquisition (both rank and file), employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity.
