About the Team:

The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee and SeaMoney by channelling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s and SeaMoney’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Job Description
  • Partner with Business Teams to coordinate and ensure the delivery of HR initiatives across the region
  • Bridge the gap between Business Teams and the Centre of Excellence functions to develop and align appropriate HR Business Partnering initiatives
  • Coordinate HR projects in the following domains: recruitment, talent management, learning and development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development
  • Project-manage the implementation and review of HR Business Partnering initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness
  • Track and monitor project progress and elevate problems to relevant stakeholders whenever necessary
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in e-Commerce / Internet or similar industries
  • Experience in working for large technology companies and their various people initiatives is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and strong project management skills
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
  • Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
