Brief Summary

Join a dynamic HR team where you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee performance and development while driving strategic HR initiatives to enhance organisational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure HR practices and strategies align with organisational priorities and drive measurable results.
  • Recommend improvements to HR policies, frameworks, and programs to support both employee engagement and broader company objectives.
  • Involved in the L&D related programmes, driving competency improvement and continuous learning programmes for employe
  • Oversee core HR programmes such as performance management, employee development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Manage annual and mid‑year performance cycles, support effective goal‑setting, and coach leaders in delivering meaningful feedback and fostering team performance.
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives, including talent retention and succession planning for exempt‑level employees.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate programme effectiveness, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Provide guidance on HR processes and maintain compliance with applicable employment regulations.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to other members of the HR team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Self‑driven, adaptable, and energised by working in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and apply sound judgment across a variety of operational situations.
