We’re seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support APAC. This is not your typical HRBP role; you’ll be at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and people excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the APAC, translating business goals into people strategies.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Partner with leadership to drive data-informed decisions through workforce analytics and insights.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.
  • Support communication strategies to keep employees connected and informed across geographies.

Talent Development

  • Collaborate on talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs tailored for IT services professionals.
  • Support performance management and feedback culture through tools like Encourage.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR processes in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs).
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR practices aligned with global standards.

Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Partner with HR colleagues to deliver consistent support for the APAC regions.
  • Navigate cultural nuances and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s or HR certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within the IT services industry or a technology-driven organization.
  • Expertise on HR employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments across time zones.
