About the Role

You will partner with our APAC OD and HR teams to localise and execute our global performance, rewards, training and career-development frameworks in Singapore. This role sits one level above HR Generalist and requires strong cross-cultural collaboration, process design and project-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Management Localisation

    1. Adapt the global performance framework to local needs: set goals, define evaluation criteria and manage cadence.

    2. Drive performance-cycle execution, ensure timely feedback and data-driven application.

  2. Incentive Design & Delivery

    1. Co-develop and roll out local bonus, spot-bonus and special-grant programmes, aligned with global policy.

    2. Manage payout workflows, track documentation and close the performance-to-reward loop.

  3. Training & Development

    1. Map local training needs to global curriculum; design and implement custom courses.

    2. Establish end-to-end processes for needs analysis, delivery and evaluation; report on ROI.

  4. Career Progression & Talent Review

    1. Localise job-grade structures and promotion criteria; coordinate annual promotion cycles and talent reviews.

    2. Produce policy guides, process flows and evaluation templates to ensure transparency.

  5. Policy & Process Governance

    1. Draft and maintain local OD/HR policy documents, process maps and SOPs.

    2. Collaborating with headquarters OD, HRBPs and business leads to refine and iterate best practices.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Certification: Diploma or above in HR Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Administration or related; IHRP-CP/SHRM-CP preferred.

  • Experience: 3–6 years in HR or Organisational Development, with hands-on exposure to at least two modules among performance, reward, training or promotions.

  • Skills & Mindset:

    • Proven track record in process design and policy documentation.

    • Strong project-management discipline and data-orientation.

    • Excellent English communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ERP.

    • Cross-cultural collaboration; comfortable with occasional overseas travel.
