Overview

The role of HRBP will work closely with business units to drive HR strategies, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth through effective workforce planning, talent management, and HR process improvements.

Job Descriptions
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Partner with business units to provide strategic HR advice on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Drive the use of HR technology and digital tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Support annual compensation and bonus reviews, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Implement programs and initiatives that promote a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives aligned with the overall HR workplan.
  • Assist in payroll audits and ensure that payroll processes and records comply with statutory and legal requirements.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems, including testing and upgrades.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
