A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to drive internal recruitment and manage HR operations. The role involves onboarding, performance reviews, and upkeep of employee records. We're looking for candidates with relevant HR experience to support our team. The position offers a salary range of $3,000 to $3,500 and a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday.

Job description

Location: West area

Work hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Mon to Fri

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end internal recruitment
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, and employee engagement activities.
• Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR data updates.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and organization charts.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
