A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition and talent development. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist. Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits

Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.

Implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan.

Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems and upgrades.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
