We’re Hiring: Human Resource Business Partner

As our Human Resource Business Partner, you will work closely with our leadership teams to align people strategies with our goals, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and a vibrant culture.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate HR challenges and supporting them in nurturing potential while fostering a culture of excellence. It’s not just about policies and procedures, it’s about building real connections, driving positive changes, and shaping a workplace where people grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems run smoothly.
  • Support payroll administration by preparing and verifying payroll data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Support the recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, preparation of annual increment proposals, allowances, and benefits-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Assist in developing internal and external employer branding strategies to strengthen brand presence across platforms.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, keep our people inspired and engaged.
  • Assist in refining HR workflows, policies, and procedures, ensuring our department operates smoothly and aligns harmoniously with the club's objectives.
  • Take the lead on HR projects to promote continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive HR projects focused on continuous improvement, all while enhancing our operational efficiency.
  • Ability to take on various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, ideally in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva is a bonus.
  • A team player, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and results-driven, able to meet deadlines and get things done efficiently.
  • A clear communicator with a positive attitude, always eager to learn and grow.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to solve problems and stay organised.
  • Passionate about enhancing the employee experience and building a positive workplace culture.
  • Detail-oriented, people-focused, and bringing a positive, upbeat energy to the team.
