A leading HR services company in Singapore seeks an HR Coordinator to support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role includes managing HR documentation, assisting in employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to organize training and development programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to performance management processes and employee feedback systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming workplace.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Gain exposure to strategic HR projects and decision-making processes.
