General Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including document handling, meeting coordination, office supplies management, and liaison with vendors and service providers.
HR Operations & Employee Records
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, and ensure HR databases are properly managed.
Recruitment & Staffing Support
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and preparation of hiring documentation for various roles.
Compliance & MOM Submissions
- Manage regulatory and statutory submissions including Ministry of Manpower (MOM) filings, work pass applications, and ensure full compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
Leave, Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Administer attendance and leave records, collate payroll-related data, and coordinate staff benefits, insurance, and claims in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Asset & Policy Management
- Oversee the issuance and return of company equipment, maintain accurate asset registers, and ensure HR and administrative policies are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated effectively.
