Job summary

A leading beauty salon in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR professional. Responsibilities include posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding. Candidates should have at least a Higher Nitec in Human Resources or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The position offers a 5-day work week and a comfortable working environment.

  • Screen applications & resumes to shortlist suitable candidates and arrange for their interviews.
  • Conduct/assist in interviews to select/recommend suitable candidates for the jobs.
  • Assist with background and reference checks if needed.
  • Make job offer and prepare employment documents. Prepare for new employees’ onboarding including orientation
  • Support other HR/Admin duties assigned
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess at least a Higher Nitec with specialization in preferably Human Resources or other equivalent qualifications.
  • Some recruitment and interviewing experiences will be an added advantage. Candidates without relevant work experience but keen to learn, will be considered.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to start work with short notice.
Working Hours & Days

9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)
