Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to assist in various recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct screening and interviews, and manage HR-related documentation. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Match candidates’ profiles with job requirements to ensure suitability.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts align with company KPIs and hiring goals.
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.
  • Monitor and verify employee attendance and overtime records for payroll processing.
  • Manage and process Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and maintain up-to-date HR records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
