Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the database regularly.
  • Organize and update employees' personal files and documentation.
  • Ensure staff inventory records are accurately updated.
  • Monthly check and update of Traffic Offence Demerit Points of employees.
  • Preparation of Purchase Requisition forms for HR.
  • Arrange uniform laundry services.
  • Submit medical insurance claims for employees.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health policies.

3 day work week, 8 hours per day, 9am to 6pm

Job Description
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the database regularly.

  • Organize, maintain, and update employees' personal files and documentation.

  • Ensuring staff inventory records are accurately updated in the database.

  • Monthly check and update of Traffic Offence Demerit Points of employees.

  • Preparation of Purchase Requisition/selection forms for HR and submitting in Oracle system.

  • Arrange for uniform laundry services.

  • Submission of medical insurance claims for employees.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Adhere and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed, and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.

Qualifications
