HR Assistant/Executive (Nursing Home, Central) #HRY
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm
HR Executive (3 months contract to perm)
Job Scope:
- Attend to staff queries promptly;
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract and work pass renewal;
- Perform duties related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes e.g., 6-monthly medical checkup, renewal, and cancellation, etc;
- Processing monthly payroll and related duties e.g., CPF, IR8A, etc;
- Oversee and guide HR Assistant relating to HR matters;
- Oversee company uniform orders;
- Oversee the upkeeping of HR office;
- Oversee the archiving of HR documents;
- Prepare and collate HR reports for HR Manager e.g., MOM Labour Market Survey;
- Work with vendor to attend to issues relating to HRIS system;
- Work with vendor to attend to issues relating to Attendance Record System;
- Other ad‑hoc duties/projects assigned by HR Manager.
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience as an HR Generalist/Executive;
- Must have relevant experience in processing Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes;
- Prior experience in processing staff payroll, will be an advantage but not a must;
- Is well‑versed in MOM regulations and human resource practices and processes;
- Proficient in HRIS system and Microsoft Office
HR Assistant (1 year contract to perm)
Job Scope
- Collection of daily HR mails;
- Attending to staff queries relating to HR matters;
- Filing and maintaining staff personnel files;
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract and work pass renewal;
- Performing duties related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes e.g., 6-monthly medical checkup, renewal, and cancellation, etc;
- Performing administrative duties e.g., filing, photocopying, scanning, etc;
- Housekeeping and stock‑take of the company uniform and office stationery;
- Assisting HR Manager with payroll‑related duties;
- Other ad‑hoc duties assigned by HR Manager.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience as an HR Assistant;
- Have prior experience in processing Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes, will be preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
