Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions.
- Manage recruitment and interview process.
- Process work pass applications and renewals.
- Prepare HR-related letters.
- Maintain employee records.
- Assist annual performance appraisal process.
- Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters.

- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters
- Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Assist annual performance appraisal process
- Maintain leave and attendance records
- Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses
- Benefits welfare administration
- Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters
- Assist in review of HR policies and procedures
- Process claim reimbursement
- Any other matters as required by Management
Job Requirements
- At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience with Times Software will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements
- Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively while ensuring confidentiality
