Job summary

A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position involves liaising with payroll and maintaining HR documentation. Competitive working hours are offered.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience with Times Software will be advantageous.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively while ensuring confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Manage recruitment and interview process.
  • Process work pass applications and renewals.
  • Prepare HR-related letters.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Assist annual performance appraisal process.
  • Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters.

  • Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations
  • Recruitment and interview process
  • Process work pass applications and renewals
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters
  • Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Assist annual performance appraisal process
  • Maintain leave and attendance records
  • Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses
  • Benefits welfare administration
  • Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters
  • Assist in review of HR policies and procedures
  • Process claim reimbursement
  • Any other matters as required by Management
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Experience with Times Software will be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively while ensuring confidentiality
