Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR assistant to verify attendance and compliance, analyze discrepancies, and support investigations. - Verify daily biometric attendance record.
- Cross-check overtime claims with attendance records via CCTV.
- Maintain organized records for audit and payroll processing.
- Monitor staff compliance with workplace policies via CCTV.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate potential violations.
- Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting.
- Support investigations related to attendance and time theft.
- Report inconsistencies to senior HR management.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Responsibilities
- Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
- Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
- Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
- Monitor staff work behaviour and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
- Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
- Generate and analyse timely and accurate reporting.
- Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
- Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
