Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations and manpower administration.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Manage foreign worker work pass matters.
  • Update MOM records for foreign workers.
  • Prepare employee documentation and handle claims.
  • Maintain attendance and overtime records.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and exit interviews.
  • Update employee records in Prosoft.

Job description

HR key role in supporting HR operations and manpower administration

Liaising with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, preparing job advertisements, and coordinating with recruitment agencies for manpower requirements

Managing foreign worker work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, security bond purchases, and repatriation arrangements

Updating MOM records for changes in foreign worker particulars such as address or marital status

Preparing employee-related documentation such as appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and resignation acceptances

Handling group health insurance and workmen compensation claims

Maintaining monthly attendance and overtime records

Coordinating the onboarding process including medical examinations, employment contracts, and orientation programs

Conducting exit interviews and managing clearance procedures for employees

Maintaining and updating employee records in Prosoft

Assisting in the arrangement of external training courses and keeping training records up to date

Supporting other HR functions and performing additional administrative duties as required
