Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Junior) to support the HR team in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of HR / administrative experience to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation, resignation letters).
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Handle employee queries on HR matters and provide general support to the HR team.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
