Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help with onboarding tasks such as preparing documents and coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations & Support
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking activities.
  • Handle basic HR documentation such as leave forms, claims, and employment letters.
Employee Engagement
  • Help organize company events, staff activities, and wellness programs.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and supporting employee communication initiatives.
HR Administration
  • Ensure employee files and HR records are properly organized and confidentially maintained.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
