Job summary

A marine engineering company based in Singapore is seeking an HR professional responsible for managing payroll, recruitment advertisements, and employee stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will assist in work pass applications and maintain accurate employee records. Strong experience in payroll administration and HR processes is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll administration.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts and immigration processes.

  • Posting recruitment advertisements.
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage office purchases and payroll administration.
  • Assist in contract renewals and medical arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
Job description
  • Posting of recruitment advertisements
  • Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and vendors, etc
  • Manage office sundry purchases
  • Payroll administration
  • Assists in employment contract renewals
  • Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination)
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
  • Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc.
  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately
  • Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work.
  • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
