Job description
1. HR ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
  • Work passes application, cancellation, renewal and updating (All passes)
  • Handle Insurance renewal and new applications.
  • Recruitment - Job Posting
  • Updating of foreign worker address
  • Handle stationery and refreshment
  • Filing and any others related HR admin matters.
2. HR Payroll Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Monthly Full Payroll Process
  • Creation & Update Employee Database
  • Prepare & Generate Payroll Report
  • Preparation & submission of tax matters
  • Monthly CPF report
  • Answering employees queries / grievance
  • Filing and Any others related HR Payroll matters.
Requirements
  • Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
  • Proficient in Ms Office Application
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
  • Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Positive attitude, responsible and a team player

Salary: Subject to experience & qualifications
