About the role

Chen Wa Landscape Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Batok West Region and will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR and payroll operations for our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, contract formation, onboarding, performance management and terminations
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related policies
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Complete MOM surveys (OED) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Procure flight tickets and manage training applications or related matters
  • Provide general office administrative support
  • 5 days work week
  • Collaborate with the broader leadership team on HR-related projects and initiatives
What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR and payroll role, preferably within the landscape or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, and payroll processing
  • Familiarity with local employment laws, CPF, IRAS and MOM regulations
  • Proficient in using HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with INFOTECH will be most welcomed
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Relevant HR-related qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
