Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Monitor labor costs and assist in budget planning and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and tax filings
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate periodic reports
  • Coordinate with external accountants, vendors, and benefit providers
  • Support business owners in financial strategy and workforce planning
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR and financial management (minimum 10 years)
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor law, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office
