Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
  • Support full employee life cycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure accuracy of documentation (contracts, leave, attendance, training records).
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, commissions) for submission to the Finance team.
  • Coordinate training schedules, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, SDL, NS claims, etc.).
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to promote a positive work culture.
Administrative Support
  • Oversee general office administration including supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation for HR and operational matters.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking HR KPIs.
  • Liaise with outlet managers to ensure smooth communication on HR and administrative matters.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and management directives as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions (experience in retail, spa, or service industry preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (i.e. InfoTech).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Positive attitude, high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
