Job summary
A construction HR management company in Singapore seeks an HR professional to maintain employee records, handle work passes, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees records and documentation in HRIS and digital folders
- Handle the application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes
- Monitor the validity of employees’ skills and safety training and arrange for them to attend re-certification before the certificates expire. Enrol employees for training as instructed
- Monitor the validity of all government licenses, company certifications and insurance coverage to ensure no lapse and assist in the renewal of these licenses, certifications and insurances
- Responsible for workers’ on-boarding and off-boarding matters, including, but not limiting to, compliance with all pre-requisites before workers can enter Singapore, handle accommodation-related matters like dormitory check-in and check-out and sourcing for new dormitories when required, purchase of air-tickets for repatriation and ensure all outstanding payment to workers are made and all company equipment are returned before they depart
- Handle leave administration and attendance tracking for accurate payroll processing
- Manage general administration matters and perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experiences, preferably in construction industry

- Have good organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to priorities efficiently and not lose sight of tasks on-hand
