Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment, from job postings to interviews, to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
  • Oversee performance reviews and identify training needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.
  • Process employee salaries, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and good living conditions.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies or related HR courses.
  • At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.
  • Experience with HR systems is a plus but we\'re open to passionate newcomers.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.
