Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, from job postings to interviews, to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
- Oversee performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.
- Process employee salaries, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy.
- Manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and good living conditions.
- Handle ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or related HR courses.
- At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus but we\'re open to passionate newcomers.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Local Singaporeans/PRs are encouraged to apply.
