They are looking for Assistant Manager, HR & Admin pivots in sourcing, attracting, and securing the right talent to align with project manpower needs. Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance across all levels (operation, technical, and corporate roles).
  • Work closely with Project Lead and Department Head to understand manpower requirements and project timelines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new hires, conducting periodic check-ins to ensure smooth adaptation and integration into the company.
  • Proactively identify any adjustment issues and provide timely feedback to management for appropriate support or intervention.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of professionals in-and-outside construction industry.
  • Collaborate with local and overseas universities and institutions to develop talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for timely application/renewal of work passes.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in the construction industry.
