  • Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits, encompassing medical records, insurance claims, leave entitlement, and yearly leave initialization.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements
  • Secondary school/ GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 1 year(s) relevant working experience
  • Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
