Job Description
- Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Manage employee benefits, encompassing medical records, insurance claims, leave entitlement, and yearly leave initialization.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment, and facilities.
- Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements
- Secondary school/ GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification
- Minimum 1 year(s) relevant working experience
- Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, independent

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
