Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain staff personal records in hard copies and digital files;
  • Prepare and keep record employment agreement;
  • Recruitment, orientation of new staffs,
  • Arrange training courses for workers
  • Conduct probationary and annual performance evaluation exercises;
  • Responsible for payroll;
  • Coordination with company employees with their personal welfare and payroll issues;
  • Apply, renewal and cancel WP/SP;
  • Handling of work injury matters
  • Issue of uniform and PPE to staffs and workers
  • Issue of Festival gifts and allowance to staffs and workers
  • Travel arrangements of staffs
  • Dormitory arrangement and upkeep of proper records
  • Preparation of petty cash claims

  • Answer telephone calls;
  • Procurement of goods and services for the office;
  • Manage the administrative requirements for the repair and maintenance of office and computer equipment;
  • Documentation of permits/licences
  • Insurances and upkeep records of vehicles
  • Maintain supplier’s accounts/database;
  • Administer legal documents such as contracts, PO and DO etc;
Capability
  • Hardworking, independent working;
  • Relevant working experience for 3 years;
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or equivalents;
  • Internet knowledge, able to handle MOM WP online, making applications and enquiries through authorities’ websites.
