To assist in HR functions in recruitment, onboarding and employee coordination related but not limited to the product transfer projects such as Artemis and Hermes P2/P3, as well as contributing to broader HR initiatives in all company/employee activities, employee engagement programs, processes improvements and digitization of HR workflows.
Job Description:
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
- Work closely with hiring managers, maintain recruitment trackers and assist with offer documentation.
- Relevant work passes applications and its related process.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials.
- in planning and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Track onboarding compliance and support managers in integrating new hires.
- Backup for orientation, new hire assimilation programs (e.g. How are you and Skip level communication sessions).
Product Transfer HR Support
- Provide support for HR activities related to product transfer hirings such as pre-training in Basic Laser Radiation Safety course, general safety awareness and others.
- Working closely with Project Technical Leader, managers and HR colleagues to ensure smooth execution of HR deliverables.
- Tracking of product transfer training bond and its related activities.
- Requisitions of cash advance for travel especially for the DLs.
General HR Support
- Assist in year-end company/employee activities/programs including employee engagement, recognition initiatives and other related programs.
- Support HR process improvements, such as digitizing and reviewing HR forms, streamlining workflows, and innovating existing practices.
- Provide general administrative support, including record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an MNC manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent management preferred.
- Good working knowledge of various HR disciplines, including employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, and local employment legislation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong initiative and follow-up skills.
- Collaborative team player who works well with stakeholders and candidates.
- Professional and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
