A global transport solutions provider is seeking an HR Generalist for a 12-month contract in Singapore to manage recruitment, onboarding, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach are essential. Who will you be working with? In this 12-month contract, the HR Generalist will work closely with a team of 60+ employees based in Singapore and South Korea, providing comprehensive support in HR and office facilities management, while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace through timely workplace communication and cross functional collaboration.
How will you make a difference? You will be the local point of contact and support the full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, staff coordination, etc. You will work collaboratively with local teams and regional HR teams in Hong Kong & Australia to ensure HR procedures and activities align with organizational goals and comply with local legislation.
