Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Administration:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
- Assist in managing training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain training records, track participation, and prepare learning reports.
- Support HR processes such as orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help prepare post-training feedback reports and analytics.
- Assist in the development and rollout of training materials, e-learning modules, onboarding programs and communication content.
- Support the administration of HR systems and tools related to training and development.
HRIS Data Projects:
- Support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities within the HRIS system.
- Assist with data validation, audits, and reporting activities using SuccessFactors and Power BI
- Support the creation and refinement of HR dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Help document system processes, user guides, and training materials
- Participate in testing new system features and enhancements
- Collaborate with the HRIS team on process improvements and HR tech initiative
- Observe and learn how HR systems support core HR operations and decision-making
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Interest in HR systems and data analytics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
