Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Administration:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
  • Assist in managing training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain training records, track participation, and prepare learning reports.
  • Support HR processes such as orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help prepare post-training feedback reports and analytics.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of training materials, e-learning modules, onboarding programs and communication content.
  • Support the administration of HR systems and tools related to training and development.

HRIS Data Projects:

  • Support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities within the HRIS system.
  • Assist with data validation, audits, and reporting activities using SuccessFactors and Power BI
  • Support the creation and refinement of HR dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  • Help document system processes, user guides, and training materials
  • Participate in testing new system features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team on process improvements and HR tech initiative
  • Observe and learn how HR systems support core HR operations and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
