Job summary

A prominent organization in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Professional to oversee data onboarding, submit levy waivers, and manage billing expenses. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Studies or related fields and is able to work both independently and in a team. This role also includes assisting with employment contracts and covering maternity duties starting May 2025. Only Singaporeans are eligible for this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Human Resources or related field of studies.
  • Qualification of WSQ certification in Business Management / Leadership & People Management / Human Resources is welcomed.
  • Able to work in a team and also independently.
  • 5 days’ workweek.
  • Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the data onboarding from physical employees to HRIS.
  • Submission of levy waivers for foreign employees.
  • Administrating billing expenses and cost allocations.
  • Assists in employment contract issuance.
  • Covers maternity duties starting May 2025.

  1. Oversees the data onboarding from physical employees p-files to Human Resource Information System and cloud folders
  2. Submission of levy waivers for foreign employees
  3. Administrating on billing expenses, coordination on cost allocations with Accounts
  4. Assist on the issuance of employment contracts
  5. Assist on the closure of monthly time attendance
  6. Covering maternity duties expecting from May 2025
  • Work Pass renewal
  • Employment confirmation
  • Work Pass cancellation
  • Subcontractors' time attendance, leave, payroll & work pass matters

Any other duties may be assigned
